Q 1.How can I book movie tickets using the Nivea Movie Voucher?
There are 2 simple Steps:
Step 1. Registration
A1.It is Simple. Every Movie Voucher contains a Unique Code. You are required to register this within 30 days of receiving the Voucher. For Registration, visit www.niveamovieoffer.promoredemption.com. On registration you receive an Authentication Number by email or via sms within 24 hours.
Step 2: Booking Request
For giving Booking Request you have to visit www.niveamovieoffer.promoredemption.com, Select Booking Tab and fill-up the Booking Request Form. Please note that this process has to be done before the voucher expiry date mentioned in your voucher, email or SMS. It is mandatory to give two choices for getting easy availability.
Once you book, you will receive your movie ticket code 24hours prior to the show on your mobile or email. Present this at the BOX Office Window and you will receive a physical ticket.
Q 2.Can I book the tickets directly at the multiplex?
A2.No. The tickets cannot be booked directly at the multiplex. Tickets can only be booked by as per the process given above in A1.
Q 3.Are these Movie vouchers transferable?
A3.Movie vouchers are not transferable.
Q 4.What is the validity of the Movie Voucher?
A4.The validity is mentioned on the voucher or email. However the vouchers have to be registered within the period mentioned overleaf on the vouchers or within 30 days of receiving them whichever is earlier or they expire. Once registered the vouchers are good for booking up to the validity date mentioned.
Q 5.How do I cancel/amend tickets once they are booked?
A5.Once the tickets are booked you cannot cancel /amend the booking
Q 6.Will I get the show and movie of my choice?
A6.Yes you will. Do remember to give two unique options of date and multiplex/theatre. The show timings could vary +/- 2 hours.
Q 7.Are these vouchers valid across all shows and all kind of seating?
A7.The Movie vouchers are valid for booking for all shows from Monday to Thursday
The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.
Q 8.Can I choose the seats?
A8.The seats choice is not available. You will be provided the best available seats at the time of booking.
Q 9.I have the vouchers and my friends would like to join me. Can CineRewardz book them?
A9. CineRewardz booking services is to facilitate bookings for special customers only .This service is not open to book for all.
Q 10.Can I do advance booking for forthcoming movies?
A.10.No. The booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie.
Q.11.What is the maximum and minimum time required to book the tickets?
A.11.Tickets can be booked minimum of 2 days and maximum of 7 days in advance .Tickets cannot be booked earlier than 7 days as the schedules of the multiplexes are very dynamic and is subject to change over a short notice
Q.12.What if I show the movie ticket number at the ticket window and it is not exchanged for movie tickets?
A.12.This can only happen if you present the wrong information at the box office. Please remember the number that you have to show is the ticket number and NOT the voucher number or the registration number. The ticket number is the one you receive when you have booked your movie tickets by giving the choice of multiplex and dates. In spite of this should it ever happen that your ticket is not accepted you will be entitled to a full refund of the same by presenting the proof of the same.
